Accessibility Statement
We want anyone to be able to read this site and reach Hunter through it, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard only, screen magnification, or reduced motion settings.

Conformance target
This site is built against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Those guidelines are the reference standard for making web content usable by people with disabilities.
Current status: partially conformant. Most of the site meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and some parts may not yet. This is a self assessment done by the people who built the site. No independent third party has audited it, and we are not going to say otherwise.
What is built in
- A visible focus ring on every link, button and form control. It is styled once for the whole site so it cannot be switched off on one page by accident.
- A "skip to main content" link as the first thing in the tab order.
- Full keyboard operation of the mobile menu. It keeps focus inside itself while open, closes on Escape, and puts focus back on the button that opened it.
- Real landmarks. Header, navigation, main and footer are marked up as themselves, so a screen reader can jump straight to the content.
- One
h1per page, with headings that step down in order and never skip a level. - Every form field tied to a real
label. Errors are written in words, announced through a polite live region, and never signalled by color alone. - Touch targets that meet the WCAG 2.2 Level AA minimum of 24 by 24 CSS pixels. Buttons, navigation links and form controls are built to 44 by 44. The only exceptions used are the ones the guideline itself allows: links sitting inside a line of running text, and a small number of shorter links spaced far enough from anything else to satisfy the spacing exception.
- Text and background pairs measured rather than guessed. Body copy sits at or above 4.5 to 1, and interface borders at or above 3 to 1.
- Alternative text on every image that carries meaning. Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology instead of being given a filler description.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion. With that setting turned on, animation is removed rather than sped up. - Type set in fonts that already live on your device. Nothing is downloaded from a font company, so no text is invisible while a font loads and no line reflows after it arrives.
- No horizontal scrolling down to a 320 pixel viewport width.
- Pages still read with JavaScript turned off. Every page renders, the phone number and the email address stay live links, the navigation collapses to a plain row of links, and any question and answer section sits open instead of collapsed.
Known limitations
These are the gaps we know about right now:
- Job photography is still being gathered. Alternative text gets written for each photo as it is added, not filled in with a generic label afterward.
- The customer review section and the photo gallery are built but hold no content yet. While they are empty they take themselves off the page rather than showing an empty frame.
- This site has not been tested by someone who uses assistive technology every day. It has been checked with keyboard only operation and automated tooling, and automated tools catch only part of the problem. That is why the reporting route below matters.
- The dropdowns on the estimate form use the browser's own select control. How that looks and behaves is up to your browser and operating system rather than up to us.
- The estimate form works with JavaScript switched off. It posts the same way, and you land either on a confirmation page or on a notice that says it did not send and gives you the phone number. What you lose without JavaScript is the inline error messages next to each field. If anything about it goes wrong, call (678) 392-7477 and we will take the details over the phone.
If you run into something that is not on this list, we would rather hear about it than not.
How this site is built
Accessibility here rides on plain HTML and CSS, with a small amount of JavaScript and with ARIA used only where plain HTML does not already carry the meaning. JavaScript is an enhancement, not a requirement.
Nothing on this site is loaded from another company. There is no third party widget, no embedded map, no video player, and no chat bubble, so there is no piece of this site whose accessibility is outside our control.
