Who runs this site

This site is operated by Georgia's Best Property Masters, owned by Hunter Henderson and based in Acworth, Georgia. On this page "we" and "us" mean Georgia's Best Property Masters. We are the ones responsible for anything you send through this site.

What the estimate form collects

We collect what you choose to type. The estimate form asks for:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Which service you need
• What kind of property it is, residential or commercial
• How you would rather be reached, by phone, text or email
• A budget range, if you pick one
• Whatever you write in the description box

Required fields are marked on the form. Anything you leave blank stays blank. There is no account to create, no password, and no login anywhere on this site.

The form carries one hidden field that only a spam bot would fill in, and it counts the seconds it was open before you hit submit. Both of those exist to throw out junk submissions. If you are a person using a browser you will never see either one.

Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web host it sees the IP address and browser user agent of every request, including the one that submits the form, and it uses those to serve the page and to keep a bot from hammering the form. We do not build a profile out of that.

Three of those technical details ride along in the email we receive: the IP address the form was sent from, the country that IP is in, and the browser user agent string. They are there so we can tell a real request from a flood of junk. We do not look them up, we do not match them to anything, and they sit in that email for exactly as long as the estimate request itself.

We do not ask for and do not want a Social Security number, a driver license number, a bank account, or a card number. Do not put any of those in the description box.

What we do with it

We use what you send to call you back, come look at the property, price the work, schedule it, and stay in touch about that job. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone else for their marketing. Asking for an estimate does not put you on a mailing list.

Who else handles it

Getting your message to us takes a short list of providers. Each one only handles your information to do that one job for us:

• Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the small piece of code that receives the form.
• Resend takes the submitted form and delivers it as an email.
• Google runs the Gmail mailbox at georgiasbestpropertymasters@gmail.com where it lands.
• Aquila Strategies built this site and maintains it for us. It can reach the hosting account and the form code as part of that work.

That is the whole list. Beyond those four we hand information over only when the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order, or when we need it to bring or defend a legal claim.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no remarketing tag, and no cross site tracker. That is why nothing here ever asks you to accept anything.

Nothing on a page loads from another company either. The type is the fonts already installed on your device, every image is served from this site, and there are no embedded maps, videos or social widgets. Your browser still caches pages the way it caches any site, and we cannot read that.

How long we keep it

An estimate request sits in our email while we quote the job and do the work, plus the time we need to keep ordinary business and tax records. After that it goes in the normal course. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your choices

Write to us and we will act on it. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you would rather we stopped contacting you, say so once and we stop.

Residents of states with consumer privacy statutes may have additional rights under those laws. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising, so there is no sale or sharing here to opt out of.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted on its way to us. No system is perfect and we are not going to claim ours is. What we can say is that we collect very little, which means there is very little to lose.

Children

This site is for adults arranging work on property they own or manage. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you believe a child sent us something, email the address below and we will delete it.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from it belongs in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Georgia.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new version replaces this one on this page. We do not send notices about it, so check here if it matters to you.
